All meetings/banquet’s are by reservation only
Price quoted is per person and includes the use of room.
Children 4-10 are charged 55% of adult price. Children under 3 and under are at no charge.
No food reimbursements.
Reservations can be taken up to (1) year in advance. However, reservations for Saturdays may be taken up to two (2) years in advance.
Open Tuesday through Sunday – Closed Mondays. Closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
A deposit of 15% required at the time of the reservation. This deposit will be applied directly to your total bill. Full payment is expected at the time of the banquet.
Three (3) weeks in advance: Call to coordinate menu, table set-ups, and approximate number of guests expected.
One (1) week in advance: call in your count.
Guaranteed count is required no later than 48 hours prior to banquet. This number will be considered the minimum for which you will be charged. Refer to confirmation letter regarding cancellation procedure.
All prices listed are in effect January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 but are subject to change with proper notice.

Please refrain from displaying anything on the walls.
Country Table is not responsible for decorating or decorations. Bud vases, candlestick holders, and mirrored rounds are available for your use by reserving with the banquet coordinator.
For any confetti used, there is a $50.00 service charge per room.
Audiovisual equipment available on the first reserve basis: podium, microphone, TV/VCR, Overhead projector, screen, flip chart with easel, erasable board, extension cords, phone jacks, piano, flag and skirted display tables.
Country Table is not responsible for rescheduling meetings/banquets.
Cancellation Policy
All rooms can be held up to one week without a deposit. Upon receiving a deposit, cancellations can be made in the next 72 hours. After that 72-hour window, the deposit is nonrefundable.
